This morning at one of our favourite beaches it's a windy 9C ..... |
Blue sky reflected on water ..... |
Wave patterns in sand created by coal particles ..... |
Princess is always looking for someone to play with - Poppy doesn't like to play ..... |
She misses running with Maddy, but today she has found a playmate. |
Maddy ~ 2002 - 2017 Gone to join Louis in the Happy Hunting Grounds We lost our sweet Maddy in the Spring. She was such a bright and happy little dog - always running. We miss her terribly. |
Happy times - woodland walk with Maddy and Louis a few years ago ..... |
Thank you for visiting
The sea and the forest, and the dog the playmate, lovely.

Great to see the crows on the beach, and it's as if they are on a stage of wood and shells! (Quite appropriate I think, crows are great actors and suit being on stage). Lovely to see little Maddy again.

To lose a pet is always so terrible sad. They are part of your life for so long. But you have some nice memories of her with the photos.
ReplyDeleteSo sad when you lose a much loved pet.
ReplyDeleteYour photos of the beach and sea are beautiful, such relaxing colours and your dogs are enjoying it too. You couldn't have chosen a more gorgeous day with such a lovely blue sky.
Have a wonderful week :)
Sorry to hear about Maddy... Pets are such a lovely part of our lives.
ReplyDeleteGreat beach shots.
Lovely blue beaches reflecting the sky!
ReplyDeleteFirst mosaic is exquisite - such tones and with the shells, too!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful beach, what a great place for you and your dogs to enjoy on a sunny morning, we always enjoy taking Fleur to the beach where she loves to run in and out of the waves and socialize with her four legged pals.
ReplyDeleteDera Ruby - Beautiful seascape with the spaciousness, refleshing blue colors, reflection,s and patterns. I really like the effect of the first mosaic; crows on the stage made of pieces of wood and shells. I miss Maddy, too. I remember I once called him “Friend of Wind.” Beach would be a paradise for dogs to run wild freely. The new playmate toy poodle of Princess reminded me of my late mother’s Lutie. The last image conjured up quiet sadness and happiness together. Stay warm.
