Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve

Night of little wind,
Stillness breathing over the fir trees
And the house
Turreted
With staircases and towers
And secret passages
And levels going up into the sky.
A stained-glass window
Where the light is always on -
Impossible fairy-tale castle
Seen in moonlight

Merry Christmas!

  5. Dear Ruby - Fairy-tale castle seen in moonlight looks waiting for fantasy to be unfolded and the moon peeping through the clouds are mysteriously beautiful. Hope you had (or having) a heart-warming Christmas and wish you a healthy and peaceful New Year.
