Sometimes blue and calm ................. |
and sometimes grey, wild and noisy ............... |
I find this grey weather exhilarating, a feeling of being at one with the elements. |
It's easy to visualize ships from times past sailing by................ |

Looks beautiful and invigorating. I can almost hear the crashing waves and feel the icy tug of the water around my ankles as my feet sink into the wet sand.

ReplyDeleteSeeing these seascapes I've imagined myself on the shore ("far away" at our Black Sea)... I remembered the noise made by the waves of the waters, gulls and so on... until I'll go again I thank you for sharing with us these beautiful sea images!! All the best!
ReplyDeletebeautiful photos and treasure and maddie found friends! a great day!
ReplyDeleteIt's a mystery how inspired you might be by what others would call dreadful weather. I guess it is the sea magic... Thanks a lot for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave you read anything recently to share? Welcome to my blog!
The grey larger waves look inviting. Not for a dip but just to wander along and listen to the sound of them as they hit the shore.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos and sceneries.
ReplyDeleteHi,Ruby.

I love the sea...you have captured such beautiful images of it.
ReplyDeleteNorth sea and Spanish ship and treasure. Very interesting story. And innocent dogs take back the real world. I enjoyed the imagination.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day!
Dear Ruby - I know from experiences that while hearing sound of waves and watching tides, we become one with nature and something happens on our imagination. You showed it how to us visually. I like to be by the shore, no matter how the weather expect typhoon.

I love grey days too!
ReplyDeleteI love your "grey" photos! Sometimes I call myself a "bad weather junkie"! There is nothing more exciting to watch and photograph but black clouds, waves, rain and storm!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! Such a beautiful view and a fantastic sky!
ReplyDeleteSeeing the movements of waves so up-close makes me feel like I am here. Yes. I could hear the sound of waves, washing against the shore and see the Spanish galleons over there! Thank you for sharing happy times with you and lovely dogs, Ruby.
ReplyDeleteSee you in May!
ReplyDeleteHi! Have a nice break until May. Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteFantastic sea images! The wonderful thing is that each wave is different, there are so many different moods too that the sea can display, and you show us many of them.
